Zero KYC — and that is not a marketing line. We do not collect identity documents, selfies, proof of address, or any information that identifies you as a person. Bitcoin Change is a no KYC BTC swap platform at the architectural level, not as an afterthought. No verification form exists anywhere in our flow because there is no verification step.

We do not screen your wallet addresses against commercial AML blacklists to block your swap. Many exchanges that market themselves as "no KYC" still silently run Chainalysis or Elliptic checks and reject transactions with no explanation. We process swaps based entirely on technical order parameters — your confirmed deposit amount, the currency pair, and the format of your destination address. Your wallet's on-chain history does not enter the equation.

We support 50+ cryptocurrencies. Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Monero (XMR), Solana (SOL), TRON (TRX), BNB, DOGE, ADA, LTC, XRP, ZEC, DASH, and many more. Minimum swap value is $100 USD equivalent. Maximum is $282,100 USD equivalent. The exact figures in your selected cryptocurrency are shown in the exchange widget before you submit anything — no surprises at checkout.

1. Select the coin you're sending and the coin you want to receive. 2. Enter your destination wallet address — the only data we need from you. 3. You receive a unique one-time deposit address generated for your order. 4. Send funds to that address from any wallet. 5. Once your deposit confirms on-chain, our engine automatically executes the swap at the locked rate and sends converted funds to your wallet. No approvals. No identity check at any step. No email confirmation required.

Most swaps complete within 2–15 minutes from the moment your deposit confirms on-chain. USDT-TRC20 and Solana-based swaps are typically the fastest, often settling in under 5 minutes. Bitcoin requires 1–3 on-chain confirmations, which may take 10–30 minutes depending on network congestion and fee level at the time of your transaction.

When you create an order, the exchange rate is locked for 30 minutes. Your deposit must confirm on-chain within this window for you to receive the quoted amount. If the 30-minute window expires before your deposit confirms, create a new order — your deposit address remains valid and any funds already sent will still be processed manually. Contact support with your Order ID if this happens.

If the amount sent falls below the minimum threshold, the swap may not process automatically. Contact support immediately at support@bitcoinchange.finance with your Order ID and your deposit transaction hash (TXID). We'll review and resolve it as fast as possible.

Sending a different cryptocurrency to a deposit address (for example, sending ETH to a USDT-TRC20 deposit address) requires immediate manual intervention. Contact support with your TXID and Order ID as soon as possible. Wrong-coin deposits cannot be recovered automatically and must be handled on a case-by-case basis. Always verify the coin and network before sending.

We collect only what is technically required to complete your order: the deposit address assigned to your session, your destination wallet address, the currency pair, the amount, and the order timestamp. This data lives in your browser session and is not associated with any personal identity. We do not use tracking cookies, behavioral analytics, or persistent user databases. Yes — and this is one of the most popular routes on our platform. BTC → XMR and USDT → XMR are processed with the exact same zero-KYC, zero-AML-screening process as every other pair. Monero is supported as both a send and receive currency across all swap combinations on Bitcoin Change.

Yes — and we actively encourage it. We place zero restrictions on Tor or VPN users. Our platform is fully accessible over both. If protecting your network-layer metadata is important to you alongside transaction-level privacy, using Tor or a VPN when accessing Bitcoin Change is a sensible practice.

No. Bitcoin Change is non-custodial. We never hold a balance on your behalf. Your deposit flows directly through the swap engine and converted funds are sent immediately to your destination wallet. There is no internal account for funds to sit in — and therefore no account that can be frozen or seized.

In the large majority of jurisdictions worldwide, converting one cryptocurrency to another is a legal activity, and using a platform that does not collect your identity does not change that. Privacy is not illegal. You remain solely responsible for understanding the tax and regulatory obligations applicable to cryptocurrency transactions in your own jurisdiction. First, confirm that your deposit transaction is fully confirmed on-chain using a block explorer (Blockchair for BTC, Tronscan for TRC20, Etherscan for ERC20, Solscan for Solana). If it is confirmed and more than 30 minutes have elapsed, email support@bitcoinchange.finance with your Order ID and the deposit TXID. We respond within 24 hours.

A downloadable text file generated at order creation that records your Order ID, currency pair, amounts, deposit address, and destination wallet. It serves as documentation that a swap was initiated through our service. It contains no personal identity information — consistent with the rest of our platform.
